If you are caught up and squared away on your journals (note: no one is)

That's a burn, Casey and group (but mostly to Casey), if I ever heard one.

Jake I leave it to you to update your characters point totals with this new information.

Oh, sure. Single out the guy who's played more than two people in your campaign. But since you've shined the spotlight on me...I will do my best to calculate the point gains my future characters get. But in light of how often I switch things around, I'm certain the carried over point totals will be around one micron-point per character.

Thank you. That is pretty much what I was thinking. Also, starting at square one is just not fun.

Oh, I don't know about that. That notion hearkens back to the days of GURPS 3rd edition where a beginning character started a 100 points regardless of where you were in the campaign. You were forced to make an efficient character then. Every point was to be used wisely because death would certainly come for you if you squandered your points on frivolous fluff. For example, I recall that apprentice bartender Eric once made or that bard with low pain threshold and night blindness Marc imagined a long time ago in a basement far, far away.
