So, you all thought that Henry Cavil would be reprising his role as the Man of Steel last year, eh? Well, I'm sorry to report that he was replaced at the very, very, very last moment. Sorry Henry. Looks like you'll be missing out on this role too just like with Batman and James Bond.

Hey, Nicholas Cage was up for the role of Supes when Henry Cavil was still in boy's academy camper pampers. He should be the one reaping the glory of this next film. Not Henry Cavil.

Speaking of odd Superman news, the latest in the rumor mills is that the director for Man of Steel 2 could be George Miller, the guy known for...

I've heard from just about everybody that the new Mad Max is actually a really good show.

Yes, it is. I stood out by and large as the best movie this summer in my humble opinion. Sadly, you've missed your chance to see it in theaters. You'll have to settle for a small screen viewing, which would not do the movie much justice. It is meant to be seen on the big screen.

I'll try to keep my weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth to a minimum.

I'm just saying. It's one of those movies meant to be shown on a larger-than-life screen like the epics of Hollywood's golden age. I can't say that about many films Hollywood makes today though.

Stargate.

Don't get me wrong, it's fun to watch on DVD, but when I saw it in the theaters it was an experience.

I completely agree. It would be awesome to run a game in the Stargate universe.

I've only seen the movie, and have never seen the television show, but Meagan was into it. It looked like a decent show. The only thing I know about it was that it popularized the FN P90.
